Balance. It has Christian Bale and Taye Diggs. It takes place in a fascist future where people block Daily injections of emotion because emotion is supposed to be the cause of all wars. Bale is a cleric "that no one tracks do not take the injections or collecting art, music, books, etc. It has some cool fight scenes.
