TV DVD Tech?
Having a Westinghouse 32-inch TV / DVD combo drive and is a legend when we try to play a DVD it says there is a production "Runin" in the top left of the screen. This came after a DVD is jammed in the machine … Finally, it came out. but the words remained on the screen. The machine continues to play the DVD – but the words stay at the top all mainly on film or DVD. I asked for help with service Westingouse customer and had to restart the TV and DVD also nothing, so we had to connect the TV to another place …. I called the nearest service location Westinghouse Santa Fe Springs CA (the nearest place that Westinghouse repairs to Hollywood – ECK) before bringing the unit all the way, I asked a technical service person there and he said he had not seen before, and said to put it in. really do not feel like driving all the way to go and return without a TV for a week or more – as if man has no idea what that means. ideas?
