The laptop is new. The Acer2480 brand. His condition me for five months. Three months ago, could not read DVDs. PLEASE help me because I really want to play DVDs on my laptop.
If the software DVD on your laptop, worked for two months then stopped working, I bet you have installed other software DVD player. Or you have Malware!
