Best Celebrity / celeb weight-loss DVD drive no?
Anyone who has tried to adopt a lump. While trying to lose a few pounds when Christmas is so close is not the best idea, but I decided my New Year resolution to 2 sizes (UK 14, I do not like ..) and I think it will be easier if I start now I will have a routine in the new year. Therefore, no emotional impulse DVD you can buy at Tesco, Asda or Sainsburys? (Aha, I know .. I see in a supermarket .. but I saw a little earlier!). I want to lose weight very quickly too, maybe 14 pounds a month or so I'm not sure. I am also a vegetarian to recipes for a good vegetarian trying to go vegan would be helpful Thanks:)
Fitness dvd I've used both, and the best I have found are Davina MCALL Eastenders and Natalie Cassidy, who is the one im currently using, I lost 2 N Pierre half after my 3rd child, I gave birth to my 4th year and I found 8mnths need lose another stone and half, so im going to stick with Natalie Cassidy DVD for a while and eat again, a great tip is to not eat anything after 7pm, that's what I helped the last time, hopefully this helps.
