DVDs were sent outlining the parameters of what will and will not be legal. Additional discipline can be imposed by blows to the head before the next season. I believe that these changes in the rules to cover Blindside hits "maybe"? It can be adapted to other leagues with the rule of non-contact head? Thoughts?
