The Apprentice is a TV reality show hosted by Donald Trump, created by Mark Burnett and NBC. Billed as "The ultimate job interview" The show features sixteen to eighteen business involvement in an elimination style competition for one year, $ 250,000 contract to run a Trump company, the tycoon.
The show ran for six seasons. A seventh season and eighth celebrity Competing for charity. A ninth season is scheduled to air in spring 2010.
The first season aired during winter and spring of 2004. The Apprentice is produced and directed by Mark Burnett and is hosted by real estate mogul Donald Trump, who is also co-produced show. The premise of the show, which bills itself as "the ultimate job interview" in the jungle "final", is to conduct a job talent search for a person to head one of Trump's companies. The position begins with a launch contract for 1 year with an annual starting salary of six figures (U.S. $ 250,000 to be exact, roughly about $ 4807.70 USD per week, considering that a year of 52 weeks). The show brought Trump to become known for its slogan fateful, "You're fired!" His future role in the television series The Apprentice has not been confirmed, but appeared on the band Kepcher for Season 6 of once or twice. Ivanka Trump appeared on a similar role to the question that Kepcher, but not an official replacement.
Known for his tendency to surround himself with beautiful women, Trump on the screen (and real life wizards) that each increase of personal glory. Two assistants came together for the first five seasons: Rhona Graff and Robin Himmler. In the sixth season, Trump has chosen his executive assistant, Andi Rowntree stars series based in Los Angeles.

In an effort to revive interest in the series, the seventh season celebrity appears in the game to raise funds for charities. [9] On January 28, 2008, NBC confirmed that the series was renewed for an eighth season to begin in January 2009 and was celebrity high level of play of the game to raise money for charity. On April 29, 2009 NBC has officially announced The Celebrity Apprentice renewed for third season (season ninth overall) in the air in the spring of 2010.
