Now that movies released on DVD before, why take some time before?
I am sure that most people have noticed. Now we have movies on DVD soon. For example, The Departed took about 2 months to come, if I remember correctly. I do not see why now. One of them is piracy. But my question is: why the film industry had time to release on DVD / VHS before? Thanks for responding. Peace!
because after the movie was showing, have focused on the reintegration into the theaters to see the latest "The new version." DVD sales (before that date, VHS) have been considered as a secondary source of income brackets. Today, they realized no one is going to the movies much, but many people buy DVDs! that are more pressing and faster.
