Questions about the movies, and longevity, the number of screens in cinemas, etc.?
I have curiosity about the average (, Months weeks, etc.) that a film will remain in theaters, so it depends on the kind of comedy film, theater, independent cinema, etc.? or maybe the revenue / ratings? DVD sales so strong after leaving the theater can afford to check out later, or download it to be so popular? What is the role of director and producer playing at what time remains in cinemas, and how many screens the film is shown in the U.S.? I was a movie buff for many years (and much less now thanks to DVD and demand), however, I noticed that many films come and go fairly quickly, while others remain for long periods of time. Surprisingly, the films are very well at the box office, leave quickly. With plays, you know about in advance how long they will be for know, days or weeks, and often return if the response was very good. Thanks
